I met Jason at a business event. He shared about how he loved helping his clients and has various systems and companies in place to make sure his clients succeed. Being that I have plenty of business type of folk in my life, I'm not easily convinced when one makes such a bold statement. A little background, here. I was in need of a restaurant location, with very specific parameters. I worked with a large commercial brokerage that kept affirming that I would get two properties for two stores. I waited 1.5 years of back and forth with them until they finally broke the news that the offer didn't go through. And then, I attend this event shortly and met Jason. I gave him the details and then within 2.5 weeks I signed the lease. 2.5 weeks after 1.5 years of waiting. How did he do this? While in the waiting room for the birth of his child, he thought about the urgency of my needs and called the Landlord to talk about the lease and make sure to complete the deal. This is beyond professional. I did not ask him to do this. He is that caring for each client that he takes on.
